College Rules

1.    Parents please ensure that your child is inside the school campus at least 15 min.

       before the school starts.

2.    Once the school starts no child shall be allowed to enter the school campur.

3.    In case child is using the transporation facility provided by the school please ensure

       that the child is present at his/her designated pick-up spot-5 min in advance. The

       transport will not wait for wait for any child for more that 1 min.

4.    Please personally escort your child for and back from the school or the pick-up

       sport to ensure child's safety.

5.    Don't send your child with a new school transport operator until and unless he

       possesses a "letter of authority" form the school office duty stamped and signed

       by the school principal.

6.    In case your child is missing or is not in the school transport immediately contact

       the school principal.

7.    Parents shall see that their child is in the complete school uniform which must be

       in accordance with the season the day in school (like sport day etc.). Any child

       who is not in the appropriote uniform will not be allowed to attend school on that

       day.

8.    We advise the parents to make sure that they they submit the tuition fee. The

       examination fee and the transportation charge in accordance with the schedule

       given to them. The child will not be allowed to sit in term examinations if

       his/her dues are not cleared by them.

9.    In case of absence due to long illness, a medical certificate will have to be

       produced.

10.  Kindly use the telephone only when there is an emergency. For trival

      matters please write the note in the school dairy or send a notwe

      separately to the class teacher or the subject teacher (as required).

11.  Birthday is an important event in the lives of young children and

       the class teacher recognize each child's birthday individually.

12.  Please deposit the fee between 1st to 15th of every month otherwise

       late fee charges Rs. 5/=per day will be charged extra.
